When the sneezer (Yarhamukallah) said, he replied -
يَهْدِيْكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ
Transliteration
Yahdeekum-ullaahu wa yuslihu baalakum
Meaning
May Allah guide you and set your affairs in order.
